Not only do they help disseminate information about our products, but they also provide potential users with a clear overview of our strengths and weaknesses. It helps them make informed decisions. Feedback on Capterra helps us improve our ability to deliver the best content delivery experience.
However, the number of reviews you receive may not reflect your popularity. That’s exactly what we’ve noticed recently. No matter how good our service is or how friendly our customer support is, no one knows or believes it until people talk about it.
